Welcome to the Matter of Fitness website!  

Our health and fitness staff are dedicated to providing professional and
effective individual
personal training and group personal training, exercise and
fitness instruction, and
CPR Certification.

A trainer for every body
Anyone, young and old, in shape and out, can utilize a personal trainer for a
variety of reasons, including motivation, adherence, instruction, and safety.
Additionally, trainers can tailor sessions specifically to the individual needs of
each client. Working with a personal trainer can be a practical and affordable
means of getting and staying healthy.  You can also gain a better
understanding of how your body responds to exercise.

Train by yourself
One-on-one fitness training is provided in the private atmosphere of your
home or office to help you achieve your goals, without the distractions of a
large club.

Train with a buddy
Personal training can also be scheduled for two or 3-5 people.  Exercising with
a friend, relative, or coworker can be a great way to stay motivated and reach
your fitness goals. Group training can be a significant financial savings for you
and your workout partner(s), so if having a few people along will keep you
motivated, then all of you can save money and get in shape at the same time!

Choose your goals
Whether your goals are to improve your general health and fitness levels,
reduce weight, gain weight, achieve total body tone, or enhance your athletic
performance, our staff of certified personal trainers will work with you to help
you to set safe and realistic targets.
