Take Charge! of You Finally! A program that uses a multi-faceted approach to help you meet your goals: Results- oriented exercise, sound nutritional habits, and emotional support! Take Charge! of You is an 8- week, hands-on health and fitness program. Each session will teach you about metabolism, exercises that will give you results, and empower you to achieve your goals. This program is available as a small workshop and private training.

Small Group workshop: $349 per person
Small groups meet weekly for eight weeks. The groups are led by a certified personal trainer and professor of psychology.
Private instruction: $399.00 - 1 Personal Training Session per week $799.00 - 2 Personal Training Sessions per week Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer for additional focused attention. To measure your progress during the 8-weeks, we start with a comprehensive fitness assessment using the following fitness components:
Blood Pressure
Resting Heart Rate
Cardiovascular assessment
Upper and lower body strength
Upper and lower body flexibility
Body Composition Analysis, including body fat percentage using the Tanita Body Composition Analyzer Scale
