Take Charge! of You
Finally!  A program that uses a multi-faceted approach to help you meet your goals:  Results-
oriented exercise, sound nutritional habits, and emotional support!  Take Charge! of You is an 8-
week, hands-on health and fitness program.  Each session will teach you about metabolism,
exercises that will give you results, and empower you to achieve your goals.  This program is
available as a small workshop and private training.  

With either the small workshop or private training you will receive:

  •    8 or 16 60-minute empowering sessions
  •    Complete nutrition plan, sample menus, grocery shopping list, selection tips
  •    The Take Charge! of You Manual that you can use for a Lifetime
  •   8-Week Daily Exercise + Nutrition Journal
  •   Unlimited e-mail and phone support
  •   Step by step instruction
  •   Motivation and support


Small Group workshop:                                      $349 per person                       

Small groups meet weekly for eight weeks.  The groups are led by a certified personal trainer and
professor of psychology.     
            
         

Private instruction:                                         $399.00    -   1 Personal Training Session per week
                                        $799.00   -    2 Personal Training Sessions per week
Meet one-on-one with a certified personal trainer for additional focused attention.  To measure your
progress during the 8-weeks, we start with a comprehensive fitness assessment using the
following fitness components:

  • Blood Pressure
  • Resting Heart Rate
  • Cardiovascular assessment
  • Upper and lower body strength
  • Upper and lower body flexibility
  • Body Composition Analysis, including body fat percentage using the Tanita Body
    Composition Analyzer Scale
  • Body Mass Index (BMI)
  • Waist-to-hip ratio
  • Circumference measurements
  • Nutrition Profile
