Matter of Fitness clients are entitled to cardio times at the studio for FREE!
Class Intensity Key
Level 1
-  Excellent introductory class for new or returning exercisers.  Limited basic
movements and combinations.
Level 2 -  Suitable for intermediate and advanced fitness levels, modifications and
variations provided.  Linear movements and strength moves with moderate amount of
combinations.
BOUNCE & TONE                                                            
Are you ready to get on the ball?  The stability ball is quickly becoming a staple in every
exercise routine and is excellent for improving functional strength, core stability,
flexibility, and posture.  The ball is easy to use, effective, and great for a full-body
workout.  Learn how to improve strength, balance, and coordination using exercises on
the ball and hand-held weights.   
Level 2
WEIGHT TRAINING GROUP CLASSES
The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program
A 45-minute exercise program for people with arthritis.  This low-impact, generally
seated class uses bands and small weights to improve strength, flexibility and
coordination.  Its recreational and socializing aspects can help to reduce pain,
stiffness, and feelings of isolation and depression.   The program is offered in
collaboration with the Arthritis Foundation, Northeastern Ohio Chapter. Exercise
classes are led by a certified PACE leader.
