Can any fitness level join?  
This fitness program is designed to accommodate all levels of fitness and make every
person feel capable and confident doing the exercises. Modifications, adaptations and
alternatives will be offered to accommodate different fitness levels.  
NOBODY will be
left behind or asked to do more than they feel capable of doing safely.  This is not an in-
your-face, humiliating program but a friendly, positive environment where you will be
asked to work to the best of your ability!  

What Exercises Can I Expect To Do?
The exercises are very diversified which allows for change and anticipation towards
each class.  No day will ever be the same!  Squats, lunges, push-ups, weight training,
core work, march/jogging place, drills, ab work, and much, much more!

What results will I see?  
Don't be surprised if you feel results immediately, such as increased energy,
enthusiasm, and confidence.  Most likely, you will see and feel results within two or
three weeks of starting the program.   Your body will become more fit and toned, you
will lose fat and gain muscle, lose inches, gain strength, and look and feel better.  You
can expect to have a wonderful feeling of accomplishment, success and recognition
that you committed yourself entirely to your health! These feelings are priceless!

How many days a week will I attend bootcamp?  
To receive the best benefits, it is recommended you attend each day to receive the
maximum benefits. Remember, you are taking the step towards a healthier lifestyle and
increasing activity is the most important thing. Matter of Fitness looks forward to joining
you on this amazing journey to your best health ever!

Where are the bootcamps located?  
Willoughby location:  Classes are held in the gym of the Browning Senior Center,
38032 Brown Avenue, Willoughby, OH 44094.
Highland Heights location:  Highland Heights Community Center, Highland Road,
Highland Heights, OH

What should I bring to bootcamp?  
You need to bring an exercise mat, small hand weights (3, 5, or 8 lbs), and water to
keep yourself hydrated.  Dress in layers, wear comfortable clothing and running shoes
and bring a small towel.  Other than that, all of your fitness materials will be provided for
you!

Will I receive nutrition guidance?
We will provide you with a suggested menu plan, detailing nutritional intake and other
nutritional facts. To ensure a successful outcome and see results, you need a 100%
commitment to your fitness and nutrition program.  You will be encouraged to allow
yourself a few indulges throughout the program to reward yourself for all of your hard
work.

How do I sign-up?
You must complete the registration form and medical questionnaire.  We accept cash,
check, or your can also pay secure online via credit card.  Once your registration
information is complete, we will confirm your attendance.

Is there are refund policy?
If you are unable to attend classes due to circumstances that are out of your control,
you may receive a full refund if you withdraw prior to the session start date.  If you
withdraw after your session begins, we will give you a credit towards another boot camp
session.  The credit is nontransferable. There is no cash refund.  This is not negotiable.

We are committed to the satisfaction of our participants and are confident of our
program.  We do not want any doubts to stand in the way of becoming your absolute
best!  If you complete all sessions, follow our nutritional guidelines, and do not see any
