Diana Rini, Owner
After spending many years in the business world, Diana understands the challenges of balancing
work, family, and life with regards to exercise, diet, and stress reduction.  A former student of the
martial arts, Diana discovered the incredible benefits of fitness training in the 1980s and learned
firsthand how training can build strength, balance, and endurance.  Diana is also a Group Fitness
Instructor leading low-impact aerobics and strength training classes.    Armed with personal
experience and formal training, Diana utilizes the latest techniques in functional and core training
to assist her clients in meeting their health and fitness goals.  Diana strives to keep her sessions
fun, challenging, and changing.

Charles N. Rini, Co-owner
Chuck is in his 28th year of his Paramedic career delivering pre-hospital emergency care for the
City of Cleveland Emergency Medical Service (EMS).  Currently, Chuck is a Commander of
Operations and Field Training Officer at Cleveland EMS.  During his tenure he has received a
number of awards and medals for outstanding service.  Some of these honors include:

  • A two-time recipient of the Medal of Valor from the Cleveland Rotary Club;
  • The Michael R. White Life Savers Award
  • The Silver and Gold Medal from the Cleveland Police Department.
  • Community service awards from the Ohio Governor, County Commissioners, the U. S.
    Senate, and the U. S. Congress.

Chuck previously taught CPR and first aid for Stewart Oxygen and was an affiliate faculty member
at Cuyahoga Community College.  He also acts as a preceptor assisting the Cleveland EMS
educational and performance improvement departments.  Prior to working for the City of Cleveland
Chuck was employed by Richmond Heights General Hospital in the Cardiac Step Down Unit and
as an EMT in the Emergency Department.  Chuck was also a builder and equipment operator
while in the US. Navy Seabees.  Chuck is designing a Health and Wellness program for Matter of
Fitness that will provide CPR certification, First-Aid training, and health screenings Chuck believes
that armed with the right health information, people can be empowered to make better choices
and decisions toward a more positive, healthy lifestyle.

success!   Tracey's own history puts her clients
at ease to know that she can understand and
empathize with their struggles.   Tracey loves
teaching group fitness classes and working
individually with clients.  She specializes in core
work on the stability ball, strength training, and
flexibility.
